Nice collection!
I've done a few myself and it got me wishing for Lego designed specifically for pixel crafting, and that led me to use my own painted wooden cubes but it was a lot of work, and the cubes were in short supply. Fortunately I found the Pixelblocks Imagination Set on Amazon. You should check them out!

My only wish now is that they were cheaper
