Help Me Finish My Project Pls!

Post by kryssiecat »

So I started the Zelda Through The Ages pattern on a hand towel but I'm not sure what to do with the blank space. I hope the picture I uploaded works so you can all see what I mean. I'm working with a space of 32 squares tall and 50 squares wide. I was thinking of the hyrule crest but I can't find a pattern small enough.

Anyone have any suggestions or patterns I could use?

Thanks!

I would add a couple small gold thread triforce, one symmetrically placed on each side of the line up. This looks really awesome and I love the green detail along the bottom (I am assuming that will continue across? I am mildly displeased though that Link from A Link to the Past doesn't have pink hair :D

I like the triforce ideia. But i would go with a back stitch triforce on each side to keep the focus on the centrr

Not a bad idea, that would look nice

By the way, would you be willing to share/point me to the pattern you used for these links? :)

Hey guys! So here is where the project is at now. I let the person who will eventually own this towel choose what went on either end and what colour (personally, I would have chosen red). Soon it will be done and I will no longer have to think about this ever again. I do have plans for the empty bits on the very far sides of the towel. I was going to put the fairy that fills your hearts in the original LoZ and a few hearts with a black background. I'll post an image when I'm done.
Cheers!

Hi ladycass. The pattern can be found if you go to the Pattern forum and into the Video Game Pattern List. It's the Link Through The Ages pattern by Blink190. If you do eventually do this pattern, I would suggest not using 353 as the background colour. It is VERY pink, while I remember the LoZ background being more of a beige. Plus if you look at the Four Swords Link you'll notice his face looks a bit weird, I wouldn't use the colours suggested for it if I did this again.
