NES Mario Backstitches

I take sprites and backstitch in them, like traditional blackwork, only I keep the color palette. Here's Mario and Luigi. I've made patterns for Bowser, Peach, Toad, and the big Mario Bros.

To me they have an "Old Timey" feel to them. Very Neat! Cool to see something unique in the Mario Sprites!

I LOVE the little objects in the corners of the borders. It's a little detail that adds a lot of WOW to the pieces. These are so cool! I wish I had the patience for back stitching.
