I still watch it, but it's something I prefer to stitch or crochet to.

I recently got the box sets for Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood so I've been watching that lately. I'm only three episodes in, but I'm loving it so far!
What is the difference between Brotherhood and the original series? I've seen a couple episodes and they seem identical. But then again, maybe Netflix has the wrong show lol

I believe Brotherhood follows the manga waaaay more closely than the original one. I think there were things in the original that didn't really make a lot of sense and it really changed the whole story around. The beginning is pretty similar, I think, but then they split vastly.

Okay, okay, I made it through like three or four episodes and was like, "Uh, I've seen this before..." lol I thought I was going crazy. I guess I'll try it again :) lol

I still watch Grimm and am enjoying it. I wasn't sold at first, but for me the issue is the main character. He's just not great. But as light fluff that we can have on in the background while I cook dinner, I find it perfect. I don't really have to pay attention to follow it and I do really like a lot of the side characters.

Nice to know I'm not the only one who likes certain shows only as a bit of noise in the background whilst I'm busy doing other stuff!

Started watching the second season of Lost Girl and have become really disappointed. Just watched the Baba Yaga episode, oh come on!! That could've been such an amazing episode! And a real chance for Kenzi to kick arse! But what a let down!
Maybe I just get too vested into the secondary characters...

I made the mistake of watching The Lorax again, I still have the songs stuck in my head!!!

Watching the 5th season of Columbo episode "Identity Crisis," in which Patrick McGoohan plays a spy. If I have time before the baseball game that's on TV tonight, I might start an episode of Prisoner or Secret Agent....don't know about anyone else, but I think he played a great spy!

I haven't seen The Lorax, but surely the songs there cannot be worse than The Lego Movie. That song was stuck in my head for days! My husband even bought and downloaded that song because it was stuck in his head, too!
Those who have seen The Lego Movie know what I'm talking about!

We have three layers of watching in our house:
Stuff that one or the other doesn't care about so the other can watch whenever- All of my girly girl shows, anything related to EVE or Beasts of War for him.
Stuff that we both want to watch but is ok for me to cook dinner to- Grimm, Psych, The Mentalist, The Daily Show, Colbert Report, etc.
Stuff the other is not allowed to watch without the other one without there being consequences- mostly this is the most up to date stuff like GoT, The Americans, Castle, etc.

Stuff we've already watched before falls into the first two categories too like Farscape, Buffy, Stargate etc.

Has anyone watched Todd and the book of pure evil? I started it thinking it would be a good background show while I crafted but I ended up just watching the show and not getting anything done. For anyone who hasnt seen it I usually describe it as a raunchier comedy version of buffy, definetly a bit on the darker side.

Absolutely obsessed with Hannibal. I'm waiting impatiently to hear if NBC picks it up for a third season
