Nope, not at all. You can even crop and move characters closer or change the scene to make it better or cleaner as long as it is recognizable and true to the game.

On another note I just linked the quilt we are auctioning ourselves to a few people to give them ideas of what they can donate to the auction and am blown away again by the level of creativity and ability everyone has! I love the quilts this year and am thinking of bidding on that one myself!!

Is it okay to have it over, or should I take off a couple of rows (that won't really mess with the pattern, as the bottom is all straight blue anyways...)
3/16" isn't that bad so it is fine. When it goes over 1/4" then you should probably add or subtract a row or get another piece of aida. Anything under that and I can stretch it by ironing and washing it to make it work. ;)
Awesome. Thanks! Was hesitant to put in a few rows just in case I had to go through and rip them out. :)

This is probably a dumb question, but what is the best way to ship these? I would also like to know if I need to wash and iron this before I send it out (I don't know anything about quilts and whether there's a special way of doing it lol)

You do not need to wash and iron unless you want to take a picture for yourself. I will wash and iron all of them before quilting.

You can ship it any way you like, although PLEASE do not require a signature. If you ship it to the Maryland address you are forcing my parents to go pick it up. If you send it to me and require a signature I have to drive 20 minutes to go get it. So regular mail, UPS, FED EX are all ok without signatures.

Cool, thanks! I don't know how to make it so that a signature is required anyway, so that's no big deal lol

Here is a WiP shot of what I've done from 2/26 until 3/1. It is kind of yellow, but it was already getting dark when I took this picture and my flash on my new camera is odd and doesn't always come on when you think it should...

after a re-grid of the first piece, and a gridding/measuring of the second piece I have, both came out at 6" x 5 7/8". I ordered my colours for both squares I plan to do, and started at my first square...

It turns out black is the only colour I have in my stash that's useable on this. Pikachu looks a bit foxy without any colours!

Alright, I need some color help with my second piece. I'm having an issue determining the correct color for the grass. It's a really weird color and the color I chose just isn't looking right...

I chose 733, but it's clashing with the 225 I have for the health bar edges. My husband picked out 3348 or 470 for other possibilites, they don't seem olive enough for me. If anyone has a suggestion, that would be awesome. Here's a picture of what the screen shot looks like. I'm needing advice for the main portion of the green.
