Hehe thanks, the plan is to make a handful for the sprite stitch vault. I have a ton of those coverable buttons to use and thought that was a good way to use em.

Out of curiosity, where would one obtain coverable buttons? I've seen the finished products in various places but didn't know if people were just covering regular ones or if there were specialty buttons out there for that purpose.

Also, awesome idea. :D

I know they have them at Hobby Lobby in the sewing section but they have little things on the back to be attached to a different way so I took those off and added a pin. That was a pain so I went looking around for flat backed ones and found them on Etsy and Ebay.

Heres a link to some (in the spoiler) on ebay with flat backs that are a bit larger then mine, then you'd just have to buy the pin part but I don't know if you'd want 50 of them lol. If you just want a few Id be more then happy to mail you a few sets of stuff. Mine are 29mm the ones I linked are 38mm or approximately 1 1/8 inch and 1 1/2 inch respectively I believe. I bought a lot of 100 so I have a ton. You would just need to get the little tool to pop em together, its like in the photos on the listing. No more then a couple bucks.

Jo-anns has self cover button kits that include plain backs, template and a tool to push them together.
