On Twitter, all you can really do is mark her account for spam...which I've done. And I've sent her a few replies to her pattern tweets and just to her twitter in general.

I've had a reply back from Sean at Wanelo and they are going to investigate. If anyone can help me find clear examples of theft from this seller (e.g., a pattern owned by someone else that they are selling as their own), it would be helpful.

I'm pretty sure all, or atleast MOST, of the Paper Piecing Pattern Quilt Blocks are from Fandominstitches.com (I gave them a heads up and they've posted on their facebook page about it also)
The "Vintage crochet" styled clothings all seem to be out of old crochet magazines such as "McCall’s Needlework, Spring-Summer, 1972"

I think what's most insulting is that she states in her "history" of how her site came to be that SHE created all these patterns :/

Well the Venetian Girl with mask http://www.losangelesneedlework.com/201 ... ch-pattern is definitely from Solaria Gallery http://www.solaria-gallery.com/gobelins/free/d37a-f.htm. The same image has been used (with the copyright cut off)

Most of the 'patterns' that she has as well seem to be nothing but stock images that are found easily on google

I'd be curious to see how they actually look if she did them herself ;/
