Here is the update for last week and today. You can see clearly from one set to the next that I have finished pulling the stitches from the old colors. That was a PAIN in the rump. Now just full steam ahead!

It's looking good - I like seeing the detail on the sword! Keep it up!

And it's silly, but I find it more motivating to think of taking out stitches as "reverse stitching"

Greetings all. I am still alive and well. In the past year, my family and I moved to Minnesota for my job. Sorry to say, I just haven't gotten on the boards much because of that.

I have however, been working on the massive project that is this title screen. As you can see, I've made progress on it but maybe not as much as I would have liked seeing as it's been a year and a half since last I updated this project with pictures.

In short, this project is simply mind numbing and forces the utter most patience. I will work on stitching for an evening and get 100 stitches done while watching a show and then I look at the progress I've made and feel I can't even see it. I will say though that I am still determined to get this done and really still do love this piece.

So please keep the comments coming and I will try to keep up with updating you all. Thank you for the support and I'm glad to be back.

Welcome back! I can totally tell that progress has been made on it. Slow and steady wins the race, yeah? And at least you can watch a TV show while stitching and making good progress on it. Keep at it!

I just finished framing mine yesterday. Kudos on doing 4 stitches/pixel. Your're insane. In a good way.
