Winter Is Coming Bookmark Pattern

I need a pattern for this image (below). It says 'Winter Is Coming'. I'm fairly new to cross stitching and don't know how to make patterns yet. Or a pattern of the letters would be great. I looked all over the internet for the pattern, but no one seems to have it.

I recently ordered the Game of Thrones book online after watching the TV show on HBO, and I wanted a Bookmark to go with it. (It's a great show btw. )

Anyway, any help will be appreciated!!

It must be from that pattern. Looking closely at the tree, the details/stitch placement's the same.
