I came up with this great idea for a fish tank back ground:


Would someone be able to make this into a pattern?
The tank is roughly 20" long and 11" high.
So that would be a good size for it.

haha! thats an awesome idea for a fish tank background! I always hate the cheezy ones they have at the fish stores.

have you considered just printing it out on vinyl? laminating? at kinkos or something...I'm just worried that if you cross stitch it on fabric, youll end up with it getting damp and gross after a few weeks with all the moisture coming from the fish tank.

It never came to mind, the only problem that I fav is...I don't have any ink for my printer.

here is a pattern made with kg file maker. The size is around 12 x 8. I hope the pattern is ok.

You can always get a store who specialize in printing these out to do it for you. That way you don't need to folk out for all that ink.

Edit: This would make a really good cross stitch for the bathroom. I'm totally going to do this myself It's now on my list of patterns I want to do!! Boy this list just keeps getting longer and longer doesn't it!!!LOL. Can't complain!!

you can go to this site http:/www.iktsoft.net/kgchart-en/kgchrt and download KG chart le for free. It should open the file. Let me know if it is ok. You can import a picture in Kg chart and put what size you want the pattern and how many colors. It will do a pattern up for you.

I've just downloaded KG chart myself with all these great patterns popping up on here in this format!! I use PC stitch but having KG chart isn't a hassle its an enhancement!!
I found it a little complicated to work out what to do but I'm used to PC stitch and when I first starting using that I thought it was complicated.
