I'm a bit nervous about shipping durations actually. When I've posted/received something from US before it's taken up to 2-3 weeks even. I'm not sure how soon things need to arrive but I'd prefer to be paired with someone in UK if possible... unless anyone knows for certain there's a faster way to ship to US?

i'm not gunna be able to commit to this =( sorry. march-july is my nemesis in terms of free time to do anything.
well, i do get a week in early march to see my fiance for the first time in 3 months ;P but once he goes home it's super not fun time for a longlong time =(


and so if i did try and make anything for anyone it would be something very small and dissapointing =\

I also agree with tailoring something for each pair as far as getting something that person can't or maybe doesn't normally make. Really looking forward to this, I used to love doing Secret Santa at my old job so I'm really excited.

I think that is a good list of questions to figure out what to make for someone. My only concern is if people are doing crafts that they will need more specific information like measurements etc. Maybe if people already know what they plan to make, they could PM additional questions to johloh to add to the list if they need more info? That way no matter who gets who, everyone will have all the info they need for their specific craft.
