Wow you guys rock , this is near the top of my list of projects...but seeing as my bag of floss and needles got stolen on the bus last week I'm going to have to hold off :( and I was 3/4 of the way done on the Mario Across the NES ages...which was also in the bag... I think I just need to start this just to build my color archive back up :P

Keep up the amazing stitching all!!! I'm excited to see how it turns out in the end!

Wow, seriously? I'm sorry that happened to you. That really sucks :cray: I would be absolutely livid if that happened to me. I'm glad to hear you are still in good spirits about it though. I'd track the so and so person down and go Rambo style on their butt! :tomato: I will do it for you if you want me to! ~cracks knuckles~

ouch just that shows you how people will steal anything. It's almost as if they've stolen all those hours for you, what a shame.

Well, i dont think they knew what was in the bag... See I guess it is sort of my fault for using my old laptop bag... I used it because it had the most pockets and space so i could carry all my stuff :(

I'm sure they were surprised when they opened it and found a ton of thread, needles and Aida fabric looking back at them...

I cried for 3 hours... :'( after it happened... Thanks for the support though, If your ever in FL, I have to hire you to put a hurtin on some thugs HAHAHA

Aww sorry to hear that your stuff was stolen ; ; although I do hope they are kicking themselves when they see cross stitch gear and not a laptop.

If you need any I have loads of spare cross stitch stuff that I'd be more than happy to send you :)

I'm back! Huzzah!

I've been feeling terrible for not working on this, but see explanation here:
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1696

Anyway, everyone's is looking very good. I am just wondering though, how are you guys doing yours? I'm kind of doing it by color, and once I run out of the six strands for the length I cut, I move on to the next color. I remember that dropbears started by doing it sheet-by-sheet of the chart a few pages back. Another question, which way is Metapod supposed to face? Is it supposed to be angry or sad? I mean are its eyes /oo\ or o\/o? Anyway...
(Page 13, my lucky number!)

Update (Caterpie and Metapod done!):

Yay nintandrew's back! Sorry to hear about your difficulties :O

Love the work so far, don't feel bad for not working on it, I haven't been doing much to it either (Christmas gifts and now other projects taking up a lot of my time).

I started out by doing a whole load of black, then filling in colours. I'm still kinda working on colours, but I choose a Pokemon and do one colour on it til it's finished then move on to the next in that guy...that's what I do currently but I'm always changing how I do stuff (basically so I don't get bored lol)

Metapod can face any way it wants...and I think it's not angry or sad or anything for that matter, just sort of....not bothered :D

I've been watching the WIP people have been doing on this and I want to try starting it sooo bad! Working with all those different colors must be a ton of fun and seeing each pokemon completed. Great work guys! I hope I will one day have as much patience as you do to do this pattern. :clapping:

This is the best thread ever! Thanks everyone for posting your WIPs. I want to post WIPpics for the Zelda map but you've all seen it so beautifully completed already... unless you want to see it in progress again?

Good luck to everyone working on the Epic Pokemon Stitch, may you all break a needle
Fish, fish, my only wish!
