It is, I didn't change the year. It is 2015. I will update it now.

Re: Stitching for Charity 2015
I'm really hoping for 2015 to be the year I FINALLY get a square into the quilt...hopefully since I'm in my second trimester I can get back into stitching! Hoping to do a Star Tropics piece, but haven't figured it out just yet. Decided to scrap my Snake, Rattle N Roll piece I had designed from 2013, at least for a quilt square. Too much black, in my opinion. I'll add my name to the doc tomorrow when I can get on a real computer.

Decide on a game and I'm sure someone here will help you make a pattern.anarchyash3 wrote:I really want to do this but I SUCK at making patterns and I can't decide on a game :/

On a different note...I started my Simon's Quest square last year because I was hoping to get it in for last year's quilt and I've come back to it now that my swap partner's stuff is done. I took a WIP pic for Facebook so I'd thought I'd share here too.

Finally picked which screenshot I'll use for my roller coaster tycoon square.

I'd really like to sign up for this!
I've chosen the very first game I ever played, back in grade 4, Oregon Trail!!!
However, I need a bit of help figuring out the pattern creation for this.
I found this screenshot I'd like to use, but when I throw it in PC Stitch, it becomes horribly distorted. Normally I'd just increase the size of the pattern until things look right. I know the pattern is limited to 96x96, so could someone give me a few tips to make this workable? (or should I post this somewhere else?)
Thanks!

Re: Stitching for Charity 2015
You can just do a simple 96X96 pixel crop of the image and get something like the following: I'll attach the PC Stitch file if it helps.UsernameNotAvailable wrote:I'd really like to sign up for this!

Re: Stitching for Charity 2015
Ok, wow. You make that sound so simple....could you possibly explain a bit more about how to do that? I'd really appreciate it.
