Guess who's going to be a homeowner soon?!?!

I hope you guessed me, because I really don't have time to be writing about me, let alone anyone else. Haha. Anywho...my husband and I have just casually been looking at houses for a few weeks now, but last week we found a house we really loved. It met all of our "must haves" and most of our "would like to haves" and even though we hadn't officially begun house hunting, we went ahead and put an offer in. After some back and forth with the seller, we came to an agreement and we are now contracted to purchase the home!!! We are getting our financing together this Wednesday and having the inspection done next week, then it's just waiting the 45 day closing period and we will officially be homeowners!! Seems like 2014 is the year things finally turn around for us! ::knocks on wood::
