I'm getting X because Xerneas is beautiful.
I'm... torn between starters - Chespin isn't doing anything for me. Fennekin is adorable, but i'm scared it's going to end up as yet another fire/fighting, though it would be interesting to have a fire/fairy. Otherwise, depending on how Froakie finishes, I'll possibly end up with him.
I've been dreaming of riding my Rapidash over cycling road for... well, since r/b/y. xD It's going to be great to finally do that! I think I saw roller skates as well on one of the trailers.

I'll be getting it too, also X because Xerneas is frickin' majestic!
I'm just sort of peeved that they're giving away Torchics and Gen one starters because now I'm far too tempted to take 3 fire type starters and that would just be stupid! I'll be thinking long and hard about what starters to pick but I still have no clue!

I'm also getting X, also because of Xerneas. I wasn't keen on Yveltal, although I do like flying types I'm not a dark type fan.

Not sure about starter, usually I go with grass (with the exception of Treecko), so I was thinking Chespin, although I do prefer the look of Fennekin. Slightly more tempted by Quilladin too, but not sure yet... For me, water types are too prevalent in the game already, without getting one as a starter.

Edit: Also, I can't wait to see Servotron's Epic Pattern Gen VI!

The fact they're giving away Torchic first is makings lean more towards Froakie...
I love me some Torchic. Plus it'll be holding blazikenite for mega evolution.
I do wonder how long it'll take to find the daycare couple in game? For breeding and sharing of starters.

Well, I think I know what I'm buying next month... I agree that Xerneas looks much cooler than Yveltal, so am leaning towards getting X at the moment. Currently tempted to go for Fennekin as a starter, as I like the unevolved and 1 evolution forms. Saying that, Frogadier looks pretty cool as well... Don't think I'll be going for Chespin though.

I think that Yveltal is really badass however I tend to choose by the cover art that is most beautiful, so probably Xerneas ???

12 october, I'm going to camp like the chinese people did for the new Iphone to get my copy... Everyone I know has made pre-order, I didn't and I hope it doesn't sold out before I get mine.

i am leaning for chespin (also might take fennekin depending on the types), and definitely taking charmander (first pokemon i ever picked), and then there's the event torchic! So i may end up with a fire pokemon team XD

Fennekin is beautiful, but I always prefer water types, so I'd have to start with Froakie, even though he seems kind of silly.
I want X, because Xerneas is gorgeous and I'm interested to see how all this fairy type stuff is going to work.

JEALOUS. They are *so* pretty.

Is anyone going to be forking out for the Pokemon Bank when it's released (hopefully) later this year? I think it's going to be super helpful since it's not going to be locked to one game.

I'm hoping chespin's final evo turns out to be totally badass.. it just looks dorky to me, lol.

due to some canadian retailers selling the game early, the third evolutions are out, and chespin is gonna be awesome!
