Helpers while stitching/crafting?

Post by acidMiasma »

Just wondering if anyone else has to coexist with furry, four-legged crafters?

Samus is pretty much permanently attached to me when I'm at home. He can be quite the obstacle to work around.

And yes, his hind leg is hooked over my arm. Like I said, he's quite the obstacle lol

What a cutey!!!

My 2 often try and help but never really get in the way that much. Lily sometimes tries to sit on the patterns as she has a thing for sitting on paper!

I haven't got a pic of that but here they are when I was ill recently, keeping me company. The blue fabric is the duvet on my legs :D

Too CUTE!!!! My Buddy dog is too big to get in my way when I am cross stitching. He does however have a BAD tendency to lay in the WORST place EVER, when you're trying to do something in the kitchen...

Oh man, I'm so jealous. So badly want a furry little thing right now, but can't unless/until we move.

Your helpers look so cute!

My bunnies live inside and as you may know, bunnies LOVE ripping up paper!
So my patterns are never safe unless they're in my folder in a plastic pocket!
Borris, (the grey one) love to jump on my lap for a cuddle and I end up with rabbit fur all over my projects!
Thank goodness for stickytape to get it off! I wouldn't have it any other way though, they're my babies!

My dog Jinglesniff is too lazy to bother me while I'm stitching.

I do, however, have two little kids that are always climbing in my lap at the same time! :)

I have a few helpers. First is my daytime helper. She likes to feel the projects

Yet, she also likes to run away with them.

Then, after she's in bed, that's when my night time helper comes out and decides that he needs to be next to me.

Here is Mira. she doesnt normally get in the way, instead she just stares at me like this until she finally gets tired and falls asleep beside me.
