BBCNews: The Art of the Video Game

Post by Onion85 »

Greetings everyone.
I have been looking at spritestitch dot com for quite a while now, given me plenty of inspiration to do my own projects.

A while ago, The BBC News website presented a special section on the website regarding Video games as art. Interesting pics.

But what caught my eye was the picture they used along with the title.
Above my desk was an almost exact replica of what they had as that titular picture.

Thought you guys might like it. Thanks for all the great ideas out there.

Typical BBC...always slow on the uptake! Telling us what we've all known for a long time! :D

Thank you for sharing, Onion85! And great choice of pic up on your wall. :nod

I took the kids into DC today to visit a couple museums. Decided to take a look at the exhibit in question, so we ducked into the American History museum. Checked all three floors, both wings, every single space... only to find that the exhibit isn't at the primary museum site, but at the portrait gallery site further downtown.
