I like to do mine on 18ct aida because they come out a little smaller and the detail just looks a little better to me but this one should be about 5 1/2 in. wide by 6 1/4 tall on 14ct if that's more your style. On the pattern but not in the picture is also his name and Pokédex number written above him in the font from the DS games. I hope you like it.
