I also noticed she HAD an etsy account also which has since been taken down, as well as her Pinterest page ;P
Just popping by to make sure the facebook page had actually been taken down as I wasn't sure if my computer was just being spastic ahah

OH and I also sent a link to her website to other sites that I know she has stolen from
They have been very thankful for letting them know :3

I thought something was wrong with my facebook because it kept redirecting me back to my home page lol I have a friend who's an artist and she's gone to a bunch of other websites notifying them what this person has been doing. She's had her work stolen in the past and now she's kind of like a vigilante when stuff like this happens.

By doing a WHOIS search, I discovered that their website is hosted by the domain name service Domains By Proxy. They have a claim form where you can draw their attention to customers of theirs that have infringing content on their domain. I have filled out the form, referencing the creative content of mine that she is selling without permission. The form is here, if you're interested: https://www.domainsbyproxy.com/ClaimForm.aspx

I'm also in the process of initiating a Better Business Bureau file on this individual.

Any and all avenues of recourse should be utilized by us. I was willing to give her time for a response, and perhaps initiate reasoned, intelligent discourse with her, but her actions toward our concerns on Facebook relieves me of the need to give her that opportunity.

Holy crap I feel like I've started a revolution! But I'm do glad that it is having some effect. Apparently she also has a tumblr acct. lets see if we can't get that one taken down too. She is losangelesneedlework.tumblr.com

The tumblr acct links back to her site that sells the patterns.

I reported her account for "Not representing a person" but was unable to report it for Copyright violation as I am not the rights holder for the products (stupid Digital Millenium Copyright Act!).

Yes, I thought the same thing. I sent a firm but polite email and was willing to open a dialogue about our concerns, but as soon as my post was deleted and I was blocked on the Facebook page I knew I wasn't going to get any kind of reply, let alone a sensible or reasonable one.

Me too! I just emailed Tumblr...I've never used them before, so I didn't know how else to report -_- Em...how do you report on Twitter? Or do you?

Jut spammed that long list into like 8 of her post comments. I also blocked her because I really don't want to hear from her. I'm more wary of doing this on G+ because it's "personal" accounts but I've done what I could.
