I'm dreading all the blue in World 3 that's right around the corner.

Looking great! How much yellow DMC did you have to get???

Good luck with the blue!

Not sure. I had some left over from world 1, but I've had to rebuy more a few times. I'll need to restock before I finish. That's a neat statistic I'm gonna keep up with on world 3.

I wonder if you qualify for the epic badge that they have? I mean...these are pretty big and time consuming after all.

EDIT: Oops, I forgot that they decided not to do that :tomato:

Later update than usual, Easter weekend, and NES Remix (Wii U) got in the way. Not too much progress since last time, but getting there. In a very boring spot at the moment. Mostly just yellow.

Good luck!!! It's good to take breaks from big projects like that...especially when you're doing a lot of the same color!

Spoiler Alert! There is more parts of the level after the Castle. If you destroy the rock with a hammer, you can get a warp whistle! (And if you were spoiled by that, you really need to play this 20 something year old game!)

Heading out to the real desert now! lots of rocks, trees, and of course... yellow sand. I will be out of town all of next week, so I will probably miss next Tuesday's (no idea why I keep updating on a Tuesday, completely random!) update.
