It's a closed room, no window at all. You can press as much switches as you want, but you can open the door only once. How will you know which switch is the right one ?

lol well I still say my answer is valid since the riddle doesn't say that the door is locked or why you want to flip the switches. So... if the goal is to leave the room my answer works, while if you want to turn on the light BMH's answer works the best. ;) double win.
Turn the first switch on and wait a minute ; then turn it off, turn the second switch on, and go to check the light bulb.
1) If the light bulb is lit on : it's switch n°2
2) If the light bulb is off and warm : it's switch n°1
3) If the light bulb is off and cold, it's switch n°3 !
