Re: A Link to the Past - Mastersword-Scene
Do some rows of half stitches then look at the back and you'll see how it looks so awesome

Yes! I guess half stitches are more easier to keep clean. They look neat anyways so the only thing left to do is hiding the threads. (what I always do. It makes me crazy when loose threats get in my way D:< )
For I am now finished with the stitching of the A Link to the Past picture, I already planned another project :D
When I saw HornyPigs Krabby I remembered the sprites from Pokémon Pinball and then I started digging!
I decided to use the sprites of Zapdos, Moltres and Articuno.
I used patternsforyou to create the patterns, but while the colours differ from the original, I decided to stick with the original colours.
Patterns:
Unfortunatly, I've never seen the DMC threads in Germany or Austria, so I stick up to the Anchor threads and have to pick the colours by myself. I sligthly changed the colours for Moltres, making the red and yellow more like actual fire (in the sprites the red looks brownish and the yellow greenish)

Oh wow, everyone is so right about your neat backs! Mine look horrible in general.
I could have sworn that someone had done a pillow recently and I was right, lpgeorge123's super awesome light/dark world LTTP pillow:

Oh thank you Boo!
I guess, that will help me a lot! I bought another pillowcase and faric in general just yesterday, because I'm still not sure how to make a pillow out of it.
In the mean time I started with stitching Articuno

Re: HeyDays stitchings - ALTTP, PKM
In fact, it is very small
I have 11x14cm (don't know what it is in inches) - 128x106 stitches (half-cross)
It's so small because I used the original sprites and I think, it looks to coarse if it is too big.
Also I'm planning to make some more pokemon and hang them all over the wall :D
I started with the last colour yesterday.
This time, the back looks messier than at my ALTTP stitching. I guess, it's because the small pixels are scattered all over the picture and I'm to lazy to start a new thread for each and every pixel.
I'll show you as soon as I got finished :D Guess it won't be long

Excellent job! The back is just as lovely as the front, and I commend you!
