Huge Donkey Kong project

Hi there! I'm new to this forum. I signed up because I wanted to share my Donkey Kong project with you. It's 1.22m x 1.11m (4 Ft x 3 Ft 8") and it has a total of 46.250 beads. :D

Rigth now I'm working on a lifesize Mario(1m70cm) and a pretty big Mario/Luigi/Peach project (about 1 Ft and 8" high).

Very nice! How did you attach all the chunks together?

I glued the blocks on a wooden plank. However, next time I'm going to iron the pieces together first and then I'll glue them on the wood. Hopefully the 'cracks' between the pieces won't be there then.

I would be scared to do this because with my luck and natural clumsiness I would upend everything right before it was done.
