I made 3 robots patterns yesterday :

WALL-E
(155 x 130 sts, 30 colors)
The EVE colors were hard to choose, I used "real" DMC thread colors to compare, I didn't trust only KG chart...

R2D2
(130 x 130 sts, 35 colors)

MACHINARIUM
(95 x 125 sts, 22 colors)
