KG Charts won't open
I've had the KG pattern maker on my computer for several years, but it wasn't opening the KG patterns on this site. I went ahead and removed the program and downloaded the newest version, but they still won't open.
Any suggestions? Of course the pattern my son wants me to stitch for him is in this format. Story of my life.

I don't know how you are trying to open the pattern, but just double clicking on the pattern doesn't work. You have to open KG-Chart first and then click Open.
If it really doesn't work you could always request the pattern you want as a pdf.
Hope this helps

If that doesn't work, you could upload the pattern on here and i could have a go at converting it for you.

I've Got KG Chart open and minimized, but the patterns still won't open. I'd hate to bother someone to convert it any time I'd like to stitch one of those patterns. Any other suggestions?

You shouldn't minimize it. When you have the program open on your screen you should click File and then Open in the program itself.

Aha! I figured it out! Thanks for all your help.
I've worked with both KG Chart and Pattern Maker by HobbyWare for several years, so as soon as I figure out how to post patterns here, I'll be happy to make requests.
