I found this today and I know the patterns are from this site, in fact one is mine. I don't see any credit given either...

He isn't selling them, but you should proabably contact them and let them know that posting without a) getting permission and b) giving credit to the source is not cool and needs to be fixed.

Rude. O_o Some of those aren't even usable patterns. Stitch-style previews and charts without color keys...
