This person apparently has a knowledge of the databases, why sell something when people can come here and get them for free? Maybe we should make a mention of that on their facebook...something like, "Hey, instead of buying stolen items, why don't you join a community and become a contributing member and we will share our patterns for free." But I guess that implies work, JUST LIKE THE WORK WE PUT INTO OUR PATTERNS THAT ARE BEING STOLEN!! Sorry, I'm a little irritated...maybe it's an inside job?

Not sure anyone else would have noticed, but a LOT of the crotchet, knitting and sewing patterns are also stolen.
I really hope no one has been stupid enough to pay for any of those stolen FREE patterns ;(

Any complaints lodged on the facebook have all been deleted, even my "please take this down," posts. And I've been banned lol

I am so annoyed at this turd. If she wants to sell patterns, fine. I don't care what the content is, as long as she didn't take the patterns from someone else. She could at least put some effort in and MAKE some instead of stealing what we generously post online for free. But no, of course not. And based on her behaviour on Facebook, blocking and deleting and marking as spam, I highly doubt there'll be email replies.

She can block and mark on spam all she wants on Facebook, it works both ways. I've flagged her Facebook account for inappropriate content, giving the reason that it links to a website that possibly contravenes US and international copyright laws. If anybody would like to do the same, go to their Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/LosAngelesNeedlework and click on the Settings (gear) pulldown and choose the Report Page and Send Feedback links. I did! everyone else whose work is on the list i posted should also! I cannot believe this person.

The Los Angeles Needleworks Facebook page has been taken down. That's one small step in ensuring that innocent stitchers are not being subjected to unscrupulous sales of our hard work and efforts! Now let's see if we can't keep up the pressure and get this person to stop sales of the ill-gotten patterns altogether!
