OK, I sent an email using the contact form. If I don't get a reply within the week I will pursue other options.

In the meantime, can someone with some spare time make me a list of all the patterns on there that are posted here on Sprite Stitch? :D

I've had a look at quite a few of her patterns and a lot seem to be from free cross stitch pattern websites. I've warned a couple of designers that I could find but I think there are a lot.

As well as sending an email to the store's proprietor, I used the provided links to their Facebook wall and Twitter account to place disclaimers to prospective clients. While we fight to stop the pilfering of our hard work, perhaps more of us can use these forums to flood the proprietor's resources and deter sales.

EDIT: Haha, I've been blocked from posting any further on the store's Facebook page. Apparently I've been marked as spam. Shucks! lol

I commented on my patterns on their facebook and basically just said, "This is mine, please take it down" lol I don't know what we're allowed to do, if anything :/

Ugh, how awful! I went through and luckily none of mine are up there but I do add a section onto my PDF patterns that says that I made the pattern and it cannot be resold. I'm curious if this is the reason (hopefully my patterns aren't so awful, haha.. ._.) they don't get stolen? Do you guys add a similar notation when y'all make your patterns? Just wondering if s/he ignores that as well or if it's an acceptable deterrent.

Thankfully none of mine were there but it still annoys the * out of me. I'm going to agree with tnitnetny and call this person a turd for doing that.
