whats the size of this finish pattern if its 14 count or 16 count?

Im going to do it for my godson in a 18 month tshirt for him to wear at his first birthday!
But I wanna make sure that when I start the project it doesnt end up to be to big for the shirt >_<...

If you do it on 14 count, the finished size will be 4.6 inches wide by 6.6 inches tall (11.61 cm by 16.69 cm).
On 16 count, it will be 4 inches wide by 5.75 inches tall (10.16 cm by 14.6 cm).
