I just had an interesting experience on Twitter (@Jess_from_TR) where internet celebrity Hank Green asked people what their favorite communities were. I responded by telling him about sprite stitch, one thing led to another and he is interested in buying some art.
In his words:
"That is SO COOL! I'd be interested in buying some of this art for our office or warehouse."
"Oh y'know...cool stuff...video game-related. Larger than 12x12 inches?"
I thought if you have something you think he might like, post a pic and price in this thread then he can choose what he wants to buy? If anyone has a better idea of how to organise this let me know that too =)

The only thing I currently have on offer is some of my Easter foil pokemon art. They are made by cutting out 1cm squares of cardboard, carefully covering them in foil salvaged from Easter eggs, and then stuck onto scrapbook paper with double sided tape. There is a set of the original eeveeloutions, the 2nd gen starters and a lone Jigglypuff. As for price, I am really not sure. I havn't sold much art before... $150 for a set or $50 for jigglypuff? (In AUD not including postage) Each page is 12 by 12 inches, so just fits the size requirement.

I thought I might wait to see if other people are interested before tweeting the link to Hank so that I am not monopolising on this opportunity. We have so many talented people here and it could be a great way to get some publicity for yourself or sprite stich or to just make a bit of money .

Hey, I'm game!
A challenge entry from a while ago, Bat and Yo-Yo, featuring two boys who used those weapons in their quests to fight aliens - Ness from Earthbound / Mother II and Mike from StarTropics:
Spoiler
$14 USD
A more recent challenge entry, Take Your Alien Baby to Work Day, with the famous baby Metroid wearing mommy Samus's helmet (and accented with fluorescent green floss):
Spoiler
$8 USD
The most recent challenge entry (won third place! ), Birdostache:
Spoiler
$8 USD
My very first proper challenge entry and my first experience with fluorescent floss, Gunpei Yokoi's Pirates! - in memory of many an hour spent with my father playing Sid Meier's Pirates! on our IBM 286:
Spoiler
Of note in this image is that all the sprites are 1/4 the area of their NES equivalents, including the border around the image, to reflect the limited graphics of the original Pirates! game. Each sprite had to be redrawn by hand. Likewise, the logo was traced by hand. Every piece of this image was manually altered or built from scratch.
$25 USD
And last, something that's not video-game related, but is a little math-geeky: Tau Sine, in honor of how tau is so much better than pi:
Spoiler
$10 USD
The prices are based on my standard 0.65 BMH stitching rate multiplied by an awfully low hourly wage.

If only I had some of my geeky things finished. Oh well, maybe we'll get a shout-out on his Vlog.

blackberrybear would you be able to add sizes to yours? It can be hard to see how big they are just from a photo. He seems to be more interested in larger pieces, probably for hanging on a wall or something, but he might take a liking to a smaller one, you never know

There is no guarentee that we will get a shout out, but the fact that he has taken an interest is still pretty cool
Posts have seemed to slow down, so I will probably tweet out the link tomorrow (Aussie time). If anyone else has other stuff please feel free to keep adding! Will let you know how it goes.
