Has any seen or have this book. I saw it and wanted to pick it up. Seems to have some interesting stitches in it.

I was wondering if anyone knows if it is worth buying. If it is just the basic cross stitch type instructions or does it have some awesome cool stuff you never see. That picture has some stitching I've never seen before, so it looks like it might help the creative ideas flow.

I actually really like the book. It's pretty good with basic instructions on several different stitches and has a bunch of tips too.

The content seemed decent when I paged through it but I hated the binding and "paper" it was printed on.
That's the librarian in me.
Also I have a embroidery book from the 70's I permanently borrowed from my mother with most of the same stitches...

On a related note, I accidently bought a 2nd copy of Doodle Stitching: The Motif Collection... I'm thinking we should use it as a prize for something because I don't need it lol

I kinda like that plasticky feel over pages, but the layers start to come apart around the edges after awhile. And you should totally use that as a prize. :clapping: like a weirdest stitch thing, not the standard x shape stitch. Hmmm.......
