Here's nother idea how about opening up the ranks a little as far as more recent games like supermario galaxy and such....then theres a ton of possibilites....boo mario, bee mario penguin mario.....or you could even go as far as making it just nintendo games....donkey kong...kirby and so on.

You could open it up to other characters? Either make the higher levels other characters or instead of mario EVERY level you could make mario every other level or third level.

Some days I think Luigi must feel like Jan Brady its always "Mario! Mario! Mario!"

I can't even remember what I've said and not said....but, yes. you should look into it. jazzing up is never a bad idea. especially if it encourages supporting the site.

no, no. I am way pro luigi. look at my icon. mario is the icon for all of the ranks, but luigi is the special site admin/founder icon. he wins. I've been known to play two player in super mario bros by my myself, and I just kill mario off so I can play luigi.

Awesome johloh!! I always loved Luigi more.

I guess its cool that only the site admin gets to have him. On an unrelated note have you ever considered changing your name color to luigi green? A) Red is mario's color. B) Every time I see your name I get this momentary feeling of tense apprehension like I'm about to be scolded for something. ....wait that might be effective...

What about toad? or well no I wouldn't want to be the princess. ooh there is also shyguys, piranha plants, fish, koopa, bullets, hammer brothers, boo, the thing that flew around on top of the cloud, the skeleton turtle guys, the blocks with the faces on them, goombas, turtle shells, the coin blocks (not a person but still a part of the games), etc. lots of mario related stuff if you want to stick in that area.

Or gamerwolff suggested kiry or donkey kong and stuff like that too!!

I realise that I am probably in the minority here but I don't think it should be Nintendo Central here. Mario icons are fine, because johloh is a Luigi fan and it's his place, but 100% Nintendo? I'm not sure that's fair to other companies and their fans - Nintendo aren't the alpha and omega ya know (don't hate me!).
I think stick with Mario, just add things like moon_noodles said, shyguys and stuff.

I gotta admit, I agree. I think we should try and branch out, pick up a few other characters...

I'm all for different characters!!!!!!

Nintendo just happened to be on the brain{

}....but I definitely think that there should be more than just nintendo on the site obviously!

but If you guys are wanting to stick with the mario theme that's in place and update I would suggest other notions like moon noodles said items. enemies and other such characters!

I go with the flow...so any update is going to make me all giggly.

The way the rank system works that's impossible. You can only say between here and here you get this rank. So everyone has to have the same rank...
