Re: Favorite Video Games?

That's how I've been increasingly lately, with games. I've got Disgaea, Tales of Symphonia, Baten Kaitos, and Final Fantasy going and I'm at most half done with any of them. I start one and move on when I get stuck somewhere instead of grinding like I did when I was a kid. I guess I have less patience these days. If I ever desire to play Mario Kart again I can always use a free rental (I've got almost three for every months from buying systems at Game Crazy)

OMFG i know! i can't believe that it's coming out! I'm surprised it didn't come out for the GBA though.
Only problem I've got with it is that it's going to have the Dragonball Z style cut scenes from the PS1 version...I feel that takes away a bit from the original game.

Besides that, a DS version will rock my socks.

I think the cut scenes fit very well considering Akira Toriyama designed the characters but we've all got different opinions. Honestly I don't care WHAT does/doesn't go into the game, I'm just happy I can play it on the go (such as the hour bus ride to and from the city for school)

EDIT: lol yeah those wait times were a killer. Same with Final Fantasy IV the game came with, and Final Fantasy VI on playstation as well. Must have been something Square messed up :?:

I may be a bit less enthused about the cut scenes than I should be. I hated the PS1 version of Chrono Trigger as a whole because of the loading/wait time in between each battle. Maybe without that extra frustration the cut scenes will fit better to me.

My favorite games would have to be:

- Mario games for the NES
- Super Mario World (SNES)
- Earthbound (SNES)
- Katamari games
- Animal Crossing games

i have lots of other favorite games, but those are the first that come to mind!! :)

Mine would have to be Animal Crossing: Wild World. It's so cute and fun to collect things, redecorate rooms etc. I'm bummed that I can't play online at home 'cause of stupid wireless internet things but I'm addicted to it.
