Im need a pdf, 14 count, size no more than 10x10, no more than 10 to 15 colors. just need the girl and the kanji

I hope I've done this as you wanted. You didn't say whether you wanted 10 centimeters, or 10 inches square, so I did at 7 by 71/2 inches because it's the closest I could get that has some detail. The colors have been minimized to 15 from 21 as you asked as well. I hope you can use this and that it is what you wanted.
