I was just wondering if somebody could help me with a pattern to make this guy 3D so he can sit on my desk?

Is there a way to make him 3D without glue? If not, what kind of glue do I need?
Also, it would be great if the arms and eye piece could actually be sticking out too, rather than being flat.
