Betty Boop Pattern

I would like this pic of Betty Boop put into a pattern. Small enough that it's not distorted at all. I just don't want it to be overly huge. A friend of mine loves Betty Boop and I want to make this for Christmas for her. Please and thank you!

Without more specific size guidelines, this is as good as I could make it.
