Sprite Stitch Board!

The words are too broad for google, so I thought I'd ask here.
Does anyone have/know of a pattern that looks like an open book? I was hoping to use something similar as a border around some quotes.

Thanks, I think I can work with some of these. The reason I didn't post measurements is that I'd wanted to kind of mess with the dimensions a little if there was already a pattern that existed.
