Sprite Stitch Board!

Hi,

I want to make a couple of little things for my cousins-in-law. They're 5 and 10, the 5 year old loves tractors so i thought this would be quite nice:
But I only want to front part with the tractor, child and dog.

The 10 year old is obsessed with Asterix and Dogmatix so I thought maybe this:
I'd like them to be as small as possible really without being too distorted and also I don't want too many colours. I don't mind the count as long as the pictures are a good size (preferably about the same size), maybe around 2 or 3 inches if it's possible? I've tried making them myself but I'm really not particularly good at patterns yet.

So I've finally managed to make a pattern for the tractor but having real trouble with the asterix one. I don't even need the whole thing, just the dog, if anyone could possibly find the time to do it that would be awesome. It wouldn't be so urgent but I need to get these done by the 23rd :-S

I had a quick go at a Dogmatix pattern. Its a different pose though. I also found another asterix pattern in the depths of my computer. No idea where it is from but hopefully it might be of use to someone
