Little Lulu Moppett

Hi!
My grandmother asked me to stitch up a "Little Lulu" for her.

I like these 2 images, and was thinking about 40 or so stitches wide, and the height, proportional to that.
Not sure which one i will use yet, so if possible to make them both, that would be great.
Oh, yes, and also i would like the "little lulu" title, as it is in this comic book cover, to go on top of the character itself.
