My Little Pony - Bon Bon

Hi everyone,
My husband made this vector art image and I was hoping someone would help me make a pattern out of it. I'd like it to be no larger that 5x7 inches. At that size, will the detail on the microphone still look good?

I am really new to cross stitching and don't really know exactly how to convert sizes. I know I'm using Aida 14 or Aida 16 in white. I think there's 20 colours in the image but colour count doesn't really matter.
If anyone can help me out or offer suggestions I would be extremely grateful.
