Sprite Stitch Board!

My brothers' girlfriend was in a pretty nasty little car accident the other day and I'd love to stitch her up something Dr Who related to make her feel better. I'd like a little (cartoonish) sprite of the current Doctor (I'm not a huge fan of the show so I honestly have NO clue who these people are!) and words to the effect of 'you'll be fine, trust me, I'm a doctor' or something like that. I'd like it to fit into an 8x10 frame, up to 20 colours, and I'll be using 16 count aida. Thank you for any help you can offer!

Hopefully this is something that you can work with. I used the sprites that were uploaded on here so hopefully the colors are accurate!
