Sprite Stitch Board!

Could someone make this into a pattern for me? It's the mascot from Youngstown State University, Pete the Penguin. I'm thinking of keeping it simple with four colors, but anything less than 10 is fine. I usually work on Adia 14, but am open to other sizes. I would like to frame it for my aunt (who graduated from there) I'd like it large enough to fit in a 4x6 frame or there abouts. If you need any more info just let me know! Thanks in advance!!

It's 52x100 (stitches) so on 18 count fabric you're looking at 3"x5.5" (to give you a bit of wiggle room in a 4"x6" frame)
