Sprite Stitch Board!

Ok, so I'm ALMOST finished with this pattern for my dad, but I can't get the L to look right.
Can anyone help me?

I think it looks okay the way it is, but I guess I don't really know what it should look like. Can you post the picture you made the pattern from so we could see what you mean?

To me it looks like the Lions logo looks like. I would not change it.

When I zoom out on the pattern, it just looks off to me.. Maybe it's just me then
