Can someone please turn Winnie the Pooh into a pattern?

My sister-in law is pregnant with the first baby in our family. She is a HUGE Winnie-the-pooh fan and I found a graphic that would be perfect to stitch for a birth record. The ones I've found to buy in stores I didn't really care for. If it could be no bigger than like 11" x 12" that would be awesome. She is due in June and I think this would be an awesome project to work on over the winter to surprise her. I don't care how many colors it takes, I want this to look awesome! I appreciate any help that can be given! Thanks!

I'm going to explain why this hasn't been turned into a pattern since it's been almost 2 months - the image is poor quality which means that getting a good pattern out of it is likely impossible.

This one is 78 colors and 200 stitches by 211 stitches on 18 count AIDA. Not exactly perfect but its a start.
