Sprite Stitch Board!

Hi, 2 of my best friends met while working at disneyland while in the characters of Jack and Sally. Several years later they are now getting married and wondered if any one would be willing to make a pattern for me. I a, useless at making computer charts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
