Zim Pattern

Hey, all! I recently finished up stitching Gir from Invader Zim thanks to purcell_a05 most excellent pattern and it looked so great I was hoping someone might be able to make a Zim patten to go along with it out of this picture.

A stitch count of somewhere around 200 by 200 would be perfect to match the size of the other one and maybe keeping it to 15-20 or so colors if possible.
