After nearly tossing my laptop out the office window, I'm going to hand this over to the professionals. 
This is the image I have been trying to tweak and use.
I was shooting for 14 ct Aida but I'd be willing to go smaller. Sizewise, it's tough to say. I guess about portrait size, maybe 11x 8. I apologize if this is nonsensical.
