Sorry I am new to this but I have seen a pattern that my nephew would love (and me to be honest lol) but I have no idea how to change it from a jpg into a pdf file can anyone help me out?

Are there any particular preferences you have? I mean like size, fabric count, number of colours etc. If you could give as much info as possible it would be really helpful for making a pattern
