Sprite Stitch Board!

Hello! I'm working on making some Christmas ornaments for my tree this year and wanted to include some cross stitched ones from my favorite fandoms. I'm having some problems making some for Steven Universe though. I'd like them to be around 4-6 inches tall with 14 or 16 count backing. I'm not worried about how many colors it would take. I was hoping someone could take a look at them, when I've tried to make the pictures into patterns they've turned out too unrecognizable.







These are some of the images I've tried using with no luck. I'd love to be able to do one of Garnet too, but I can't find a small enough picture of her.
