ponyo request

I really want to do this really nice drawing of ponyo. Im not sure what count ill be doing it on and since i have heaps of colours left over from various projects the number of colour isnt a problem. I just want to make it as clear as possible. Ive tried making it myself but im just horrible. Please someone help!
